Texoma Farms Honey Harvest Day 2025

Honey Harvest Day at Texoma Farms 2025 was a sticky success, emphasis on the sticky. We pulled in a record-breaking 200lbs! Taste-wise? Think stone fruit meets sunshine. It’s sweet, complex, and fruit-forward.

Of course The Reluctant Farmer's enthusiasm ranked somewhere between dental work and assembling IKEA furniture, but once again he stepped up as Chief of Operations for yet another “crazy project” I roped him into. He grumbled, he questioned my life choices, but by golly, he got it done—with minimal eye rolling.
